What do you learn during the course
This two-day course program for Equine Kinesiology Taping is the perfect opportunity for practitioners to gain a comprehensive understanding of kinesiology taping for veterinary applications. This program will provide a detailed theoretical background of the Medical Taping Concept and its various application possibilities, such as activating blood and lymph circulation for swellings and hematoma, influencing the fascia and muscles, treatment of scars, tendon injuries and inflammations, and improvement of the muscle and joint functions. Participants will also learn the practical approach to these applications while examining case histories of both humans and horses. This course is designed to help practitioners gain a better understanding of the Medical Taping Concept and its effects, such as providing support or stability without restricting range of motion, reducing pain, promoting circulation, reducing swelling, and enhancing the blood flow to injured muscles.

Experiences from trainees
“It were two interesting and instructive days. After more was explained about the functioning and possibilities of the tape, we were first allowed to practice on each other, fun! The practice, which included observation and taping, showed which techniques you can use, for which indications you can apply it and how quickly it works.”
